How Can sore Throat Along With Nasal Congestion Be Treated?

I am in remission for Hairy Cell Leukemia .Just saw her the other day blood work is perfect .Also in remission for Graves Disease and Hyper Thyrodism .Have had a temp of 100 for 3 days now .Have a congested nose sore throat and today a slight cough . Should I call my doctor ?

To get immidiate complete haemogram and consult ur treating oncologist as soon as possible as sore throat is a sign of neutropenia which migjt become serious if u neglesct ur symptoms
